FISH STEW "CHAPTERHOUSE DUNE"
inpired by the aforementioned book
for 2 persons
- Cut and start frying two middle sized red onions
- In the meantime cut 4-5 champignons into small pieces
- Add them to the frying pan
- Cook for some time so that water comes out of the mushrooms
- Add half a cup of white wine (125 ml)
- Add 3 tablespoons of sour cream
- Add 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard (sweet and not spicy variety)*
- Cook until alcohol evaporates
- Put in 2 Telapia filets (300 g) cut into middle sized pieces
- Cook for 4-5 minutes
- Add a lot of pepper and dill and some oregano
- Cook for 2-3 minutes
- Serve with white wine
*) At this point some coocked rice can be added
(50 g dry). This will make the dish less liquid with consistency reminiscent of Chinese food.
