GLASS NOODLE SALAD (ФУНЧОЗА)
- Soak 250g dry glass noodles (most common: Korean sweet potato starch noodles) in hot water for around 15-20 minutes until they get soft
- 450-500g white raddish (редька) cut into spaghetti-like pieces. Then add 2 table spoons white vinegar and a bit of salt. Mix it well.
- Cut a big white onion into small pieces and fry it in a large frying pan or wok (later everything will be mixed in it) on vegetable oil without smell until it gets soft
- Add 300g minced meat and fry with onion until all water evaporates
- Add some salt, two three pinches
- Add noodles to the frying pan, mix well for 4-5 minutes
- Add raddish, mix well for 3-4 minutes. Turn off heat.
- Add 450g Russian "Korean" carrot salad
- Salt to taste, mix well
- Put in a fridge for several hours
