CLASSIC STEAK TARTARE
- Chop 1 medium red onion
- Separate 2 large egg yolks
- Mix the above with
- some olive oil
- 2 teaspoons capers with juice
- 3 teaspoons Kaapse mustard from Adriaan
(in the US: half honey mustard not spicy, half standard yellow mustard)
- a bit of Warcestershire sauce
- Mince 250-300 g beef and add the mixture
- Eat immediately
